Return, Replacement and Refund
The team of Fashionkafatka is proud of its expertise in the field which has been acquired by means of intensive hard work and
extensive market study over a decade. Time and again, we remind our customers of our aim to please them and our
priority to cater to their needs. However, should an unfortunate event arise where you may have to return a product
for refund or replacement, we have laid out an easy process to assist you with it.
è We offer only exchange of the product with new one if the product received is damaged or wrong
è No returns / Exchange is done when customer has opted for stitching/ customization in the order.
è We do accept returns only if wrong/ defective order outfit is shipped, no returns accepted for stitched/ customized outfit.
è Refund / cancellation is possible only on mutual agreement, we offer exchange in case of non-available outfit or for wrong shipment.
In case if you do not like the product which you received from us, you can send us back the item you have purchased in its original condition and pack within 7 days. Please note that We are not accepting any returns for stitch clothing, customized items.
We will issue 85% refund of product price. (15% will be Order Processing charges.)
Customer will get refund back on his / her credit / debit card. It will take 4-6 working days to receive credit back on card once we issue refund from our side, please note that refund will be approved and will take a while, refund will be given only if the same item can not be exchanged.
Customer need to first contact us through Contact Us page on web site before returning any product. If you will return the products before let us know the same, then we will not provide any refund.
Please read below points carefully before request for returns.
- Customer need to bare the shipping cost while returning the products.
- We will not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item.
- We will not refund the customs duties or taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
- At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
- Refunds would not be accepted for custom made / stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouse. However we would accept returns if there is any faults from our end.
- Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs. of the receipt of the products. We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
- In case of product return, we will issue refund once we receive the product back at our office.
